On the porch of his Rockville home in the morning hours, Matthew Reilly gets in one last smoke before heading to school. An avid gardener since returning from Iraq to help him cope with his PTSD, Reilly turns his planters into a "cigarette butt garden"—much to his fiancé's semi-joking disapproval.
